1. USE AND SAFETY
1.1. The https://www.hinthunt.fr website is owned and operated by HintHunt. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions and the content of the site at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
1.2. The terms and conditions of this agreement apply to all visitors to the HintHunt website and should be read carefully before use.
1.3. HintHunt does its best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information on its website.
1.4. The HintHunt website is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this site.
1.5. You may not create a link to this site or use all or any part of the HintHunt website for any purpose that is fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, obscene or objectionable.
1.6. You accept that the Internet is not entirely secure. HintHunt undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect the security of payment card information. HintHunt shall not be legally responsible for any damage you may suffer as a result of the loss of information transmitted to HintHunt, in the event that HintHunt has not failed in its obligations and has not caused such loss.
1.7. HintHunt shall not be legally liable for any direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including (without limitation) lost profits or revenue, loss of opportunity, costs of substitute products or services, loss or damage to data or business interruption, resulting from any use of the site, in the event that HintHunt has not breached its obligations and has not caused such damages.
2. GENERAL
2.1. Nothing in these conditions is intended to affect your rights.
2.2. The game is designed for a team of 3-5 people per game room. (6 participants for the James Murdock Office, Zen Room and Dracula themes).
2.3 The trademarks and logos appearing on the site are the property of HintHunt. You are not authorized to use these without the written authorization of HintHunt and you accept that such use may constitute a violation of HintHunt’s rights.
2.4. All terms and conditions contained herein are included in a contract with HintHunt.
2.5. The HintHunt website may contain links to third-party websites. The operation of these sites is beyond the control of HintHunt and you use them at your own risk.
2.6. HintHunt collects and stores your personal information without disclosing it to any third party and is committed to ensuring that the confidentiality of your personal information is protected.
2.7. No recordings may be taken inside the premises.
2.8. Visitors are not allowed to reveal game details directly or indirectly to the public.
2.9. You agree that HintHunt may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions by e-mail or telephone. You can, however, register on a telephone anti-solicitation list at the following address: http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/
2.10. HintHunt may invoice customers for damages caused, whether intentional or unintentional.
2.11. While you are on our premises, you must ensure that you comply with our codes and regulations, adopt appropriate standards of behavior, and cooperate with our safety-savvy employees.
2.15. HintHunt does not tolerate any form of harassment or intimidation of its employees.

3. RESERVATION
3.1. The only contractual language for online contracts is French.
3.2. You must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a game.
3.3. It is your responsibility to check that the games you have booked meet your expectations.
3.4. The reservation of a game is only valid once it has been processed by HintHunt.
3.5. If you wish to transfer your game to someone else, you must contact HintHunt, either by e-mail or telephone, at least two hours before the start of the game. This transfer may be refused by HintHunt.
3.6. Reserved games may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or for a premium. If a game is transferred or resold in violation of this condition, the bearer of the game or the person claiming the right to attend the event will be denied admission.
3.7. You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly on the online booking form. By submitting an online booking form you warrant to HintHunt that all details you have provided are accurate.
3.8. You will receive confirmation of your reservation by e-mail only. HintHunt does not send confirmation by post or SMS.
3.9. A reservation becomes invalid and entry will be refused if the team is late by 30 minutes or more. In such a case, the session is non-refundable and the reservation cannot be modified.
3.10 Once a reservation has been paid for, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

4. RATES
4.1. The price (incl. VAT) of a game is shown on the HintHunt website in the booking section.
4.2. Prices are set according to the number of people in a room (maximum 5, and 6 for the James Murdock Office, Zen Room and Dracula themes) and the week’s schedule.
4.3. Reservations can only be made via the HintHunt website.
4.4. A Paypal account as well as any credit or debit card is accepted for payment.
4.5. Full payment is required upon reservation.
4.6. If fewer people visit the game than expected, the difference in price will not be refunded.
4.7. If more people come than expected (up to 5 per room), the difference in price must be paid on arrival (€20 per extra person).

6. SAFETY
6.1. Each HintHunt player will be briefed on the game rules by the GameMaster before the game. After that, each player participates at his or her own risk. Furthermore, HintHunt is not responsible for any damage (physical or material) caused by failure to follow the rules described before the game, by misuse of objects in the room or by objects in the room.
6.2. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation automatically becomes a no-show and you will not be able to play. A new reservation will be at your expense and will depend on room availability.
6.3. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry and forfeit their game.
6.4. Food and drink may not be brought into the playrooms.
6.5. To be admitted, you must confirm the name of the person who made the reservation and you may be asked to confirm that person’s telephone number and e-mail address.
6.6. Children aged 9 to 15 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult per game. Children under 9 are not allowed in the playrooms.
6.7. HintHunt suggests that customers wear comfortable clothing for the game. High-heeled shoes are therefore not recommended.
